Step 1: Programming & Project Planning
We begin by listening and learning about your lifestyle, your tastes, and practical needs in order to develop a complete plan for your project. Regardless of if the project is large or small, we are committed to a process that is flexible and malleable, yet structured enough to be clear and understandable for all parties involved.
2. Schematic Design
In this phase, we explore options, alternatives and general cost implications. We work with you to establish priorities, guidelines and the general direction for your project. Once the general direction is defined, the information is used in the Design Development phase of the project…the really fun part!
3. Design Development
Design Development is the next step before construction documents, where we further develop the direction established in the schematic design phase. More precise details, finishes and design elements are introduced and discussed. We more specifically address the budget, and examine alternatives and cost engineering opportunities.
4. Construction Documentation
This is the final documentation for the project. Whether a full set of construction documents, or floor plans depicting placement and layout, our documents are the final step in turning your dreams into a reality.
