With over 40 years of experience and certifications from ASID, NCIDQ, and NKBA, Robin Rountree has built a career designing everything from Fortune 500 headquarters to cozy coastal homes. After leading major commercial projects in Chicago, she relocated to Connecticut to raise her family—and shifted her focus to the world of residential design.
Robin creates bespoke interiors that reflect her clients’ unique style and everyday needs. Whether it’s a built-in bunk bed nook, a cleverly hidden dog food cubby, or a full-home renovation, her work is equal parts thoughtful and functional. She believes the best designs come from true collaboration, guiding clients through the process with clarity, care, and a little bit of fun! The result? Spaces that feel effortlessly beautiful.
Robin studied art history and design at Duke University and architectural design at NC State. She and her husband now enjoy life as empty nesters on the Connecticut shoreline—alongside their beloved yellow lab, Murphy.
